From a sun-drenched plot of Kimmeridgian marl, the 2023 Menetou-Salon Vignes de Ratier White captures the delicate nuances of Sauvignon Blanc with remarkable finesse. Floral notes intertwine with white-fleshed fruit and citrus, all wrapped in a precise, mineral-driven frame. Accents of white pepper add complexity to this beautifully focused wine, which is equally suited to cellaring or enjoying now with seafood or cheese.Vinification:
