Wine:

With an undeniable aromatic finesse, the 2019 red Pauillac Pichon Comtesse Reserve is a nuanced and delicate wine. The soft and elegant tannins, the minty freshness coupled with notes of black fruits and cedar make up an already very seductive wine, in a style that does not lack depth and that will surprise you with its faculties of evolution, especially in this great vintage. Enjoy it at the best price !

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Vinification by plot, vatting by gravity in stainless steel thermo-regulated truncated cone-shaped vats. Aged for 12 months in barrels with 40% new wood.

Dark and intense purple red.

Nose:

Expressive with beautiful aromas of ripe strawberry, cedar and graphite underlined by a floral note.

Palate:

Generous and juicy, the palate is coated with a velvety texture. The integrated tannic structure reveals vibrant acidity, all leading to a harmonious finish with impeccable balance.

Temperature:

Serve at 16 to 18°C.

Roast beef and pan-fried vegetables, snacked duck breast and its reduced juice, pork filet mignon with spices.
