Wine:
Anchored in an equal blend of Roussanne and Marsanne, and sourced from six parcels spanning the length of the appellation, the 2023 Saint-Joseph Dimanche à Lima White is a gorgeous, textural wine. Its generous aromatics—ripe apricot and yellow flowers—reveal beautifully mature fruit on the nose, which is strikingly pure and precise. On the palate, maturation in barrels (including a touch of new oak that imparts subtle toasted nuances) brings presence, volume, and a rich, layered mouthfeel. The wine shows impressive texture and depth, finishing with refined mineral bitterness that lends persistence and balance. A superb achievement—awarded 92/100 by our Selection Committee.Vinification:
