Wine:

Brimming with freshness and finesse, the 2022 Burgundy Pinot Noir Red bursts with vibrant red berry aromas—think raspberry and morello cherry—enhanced by a very discreet touch of oak. The palate is elegant and well-ripened, with juicy, finely sculpted flavors and silky tannins. This wine stands out for its harmony and easy-drinking charm. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged in wood: 80% in demi-muids and 20% in 228-liter barrels. 100% alcoholic fermentation. No fining, light filtration.

Color:

Colorful, with beautiful depth, brilliant, with carmine hues.

Nose:

Aromatic with a delicate, ripe, subtly refined Pinot character, notes of red fruit, raspberry, and sour cherry.

Palate:

Light and elegant, with sparkling fruity notes, this wine showcases the crisp, delicate and thirst-quenching character of Pinot Noir, with just a hint of oak, resulting in a very well-balanced whole.

Temperature:

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
