The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine With a style that is uniquely his own, marked by finesse and precision, Jean-Baptiste Bouzereau elevates Burgundy's standards to an exceptionally high level.

At the helm of Domaine Michel Bouzereau et Fils, awarded 3 stars by the prestigious French wine guide RVF, he defines the true identity of each of his terroirs, employing rigorous farming methods inspired by biodynamics.

Masterfully highlighting the finesse and vibrancy of the grapes, he ensures the utmost purity, preserving wines of great character through his careful aging processes, without excess. Here, there is no risk of overuse of oak—the delicacy shines through!
Wine Sourced from a plot nestled within the village of Meursault, in a one-hectare enclosed vineyard, the 2023 Bourgogne Côte-d'Or Clos du Moulin White is a new, impressive creation by Michel Bouzereau. This Chardonnay surpasses its terroir, offering a concentrated and balanced wine with a higher level of intensity. It is a mineral, exceptionally pure white, full of elegance, delighting with its flavor and surprising with its immediate pleasure, though it has the potential to age for three to five more years. Rated 93/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested. Aged for 12 months in barrels, 10-15% of which are new, then 4 months in vats.
