Its crisp, citrus-lined structure is built around ripe fruit flavours, offering both tension and balance for a lively, refreshing finish. An ideal white for apéritif moments, or to pair with seafood and fish. Vinification Hand harvested, aged on lees for 10 months, 40% of which is in barrels.
