The 2021 IGP Duriense Cedro do Noval Red combines traditional Portuguese grapes—including Touriga Nacional—with 20% Syrah, achieving a beautifully harmonious blend. Fermented and aged in barrels, it offers an unmistakable sense of freshness, layered with spicy, peppery character and appealing mineral notes. The palate is generous and approachable, at once full-bodied yet elegant and vibrant, finishing with a hint of graphite and a subtle bitterness that adds length. Rated 91/100 by the Selection Committee. |
