The most exclusive cuvée from the estate, the 2023 Côtes de Provence Fantastique White is a pure Rolle (Vermentino), bursting with citrus and white fruit flavours, carried by striking freshness. Smooth and generous on the palate, it offers lovely texture and depth, refined by barrel aging—a process that brings added complexity, subtle spice, and a rounded mouthfeel. This is a food-friendly white wine, ideally served with goat cheeses or seafood dishes. |
