The estate and the wine
The estate and the wine Almost without rival and awarded three stars in the prestigious French wine guide the RVF, Yves Canarelli presides over some of Corsica’s finest vineyards. Since his first vintage in 1997, this relentless perfectionist has continually pushed forward, cultivating nearly 40 hectares in Figari and Bonifacio under biodynamics and championing native grape varieties that best capture both his vision and his terroir.

Widely regarded as one of the island’s leading figures, he produces wines that rank among the Mediterranean’s most spectacular, defined by a freshness and saline edge that remain unmatched. His range is faultless, writing some of the finest chapters in Corsican wine today.
Wine From granite parcels and made entirely from vermentinu, the 2023 White Amphora Vin de France is vinified in clay amphora without added sulfur and without skin contact, preserving the grape’s natural expression. The nose opens with juicy pear alongside subtle autolytic notes from the lees. The palate is smooth, fleshy and precise, with a purity that feels both striking and reassuring. A perfect match for Mediterranean grilled fish. Best enjoyed within three to five years. Rated 92/100 by the Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand-harvested from granite plots, vinified in clay amphora for 1 month and aged for one month in amphora. No added sulphur, fining or filtration.

Certified organic and biodynamic wine. (not mentioned on the back of the label)
