Wine The Héritage Brut Champagne has been aged for three years in the cellar and is made from the three classic grape varieties of the Champagne region. Its fine and regular bubbles, its floral and yellow fruit notes are printed in a ripe and tonic palate, of beautiful freshness, well dimensioned around the pinot noirs flavors, which bring the wine a lot of fullness. A perfectly balanced champagne, perfect as an aperitif or at the table with fish. Rated 92/100 by our Selection Committee.
Vinification Hand harvested, composed of the 3 emblematic grape varieties, 40% of which are reserve wine, vinification in stainless steel tanks without malolactic fermentation, aging of 24 months on lees, disgorging of 6 months minimum after bottling. Dosage : 8g/l.
