Founded in 1785, this historic Reims-based House has long been a favourite among Champagne lovers. Today, it’s firmly focused on gastronomic excellence, with lower dosage levels and increasingly rigorous grape selections.

A timeless classic and the signature expression of the House, Piper-Heidsieck Cuvée Brut is crafted from a blend of over 100 crus, combining all three of Champagne’s traditional grape varieties—with Pinot grapes taking the lead. Built on the 2020 harvest and enhanced by 30% of over 150 reserve wines aged on fine lees, this cuvée is fresh, elegant, and beautifully balanced. It offers an expressive bouquet of pear, white peach, citrus, and orange blossom, followed on the palate by hints of toasted bread, fresh almonds, and a touch of mint. The ultimate all-occasion Champagne—perfectly suited for aperitifs.
