Wine:

A historic wine for the Antinori family, first produced in 1931, the 2023 Toscana IGT White is one of Tuscany’s iconic white wines. Bursting with fragrance, it weaves together floral aromas, exotic fruit, and white fruit notes. Its freshness, smooth texture, and purity make it a true delight. With a crisp style, plenty of suppleness and minerality, and a hint of citrus on the finish, it’s the perfect match for seafood or raw fish dishes.

Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification in vats at a maximum temperature of 18°C. Bottled from November 2022.

Color:

Pale straw yellow with light green highlights.

Nose:

Intensely fruity aromas of pineapple, apple, and subtle spices.

Palate:

The palate is fresh and vibrant, leading to a pleasant, mineral finish.

Temperature:

Serve between 8 and 10°C.

Carpaccio of sea bream with citrus zest, grilled sardines, flambéed prawns, seafood platter.
