Wine:

With its beautiful pale pink hue and subtle copper highlights, the 2024 Miraval Côtes de Provence Rosé opens with aromas of fresh fruit, delicate floral notes, and a hint of white pepper. The palate is light, vibrant, and crisp, carried by a refreshing acidity and a touch of salinity that sharpens the finish. A rosé made for apéritifs, seafood, or simply served alongside grilled fish

Vinification:

Hand-harvested grapes, fully destemmed, with direct pressing for all varieties except the Syrah, which is vinified using the saignée method. Fermentation takes place mostly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (95%), with the remaining 5% aged in barrels and stirred on the lees (bâtonnage) for added texture and complexity.

Color:

A very pale rosé with delicate hints of copper in the glass.

Nose:

A beautiful aromatic bouquet—both intense and delicate—unfolding with floral notes of hibiscus and amaryllis, layered with the juicy flavours of vineyard peach.

Palate:

A rosé with remarkable tension and balance, offering a generous, silky texture supported by a mineral backbone with subtle saline and chalky notes. The long, elegant finish is simply stunning.

Temperature:

Serve chilled, between 8 and 10°C.
