Vinification:

Hand harvested. Traditional vinification. Short vatting period of between 10 and 15 days. Unfiltered wine.

An intense and brilliant carmine red.

Nose:

Delicate aromas of macerated black fruits and black olives with a hint of bay leaf.

Palate:

A fine tannic structure carried by a light, fresh, and easy-drinking profile, leading to a flavorful finish with a subtle hint of pepper.
